Minutes of the Meeting... (10/02/06)
Meeting was held last Friday, 10 February, 2006 at 10:00 AM at Marks & Spencer open parking area.
Presents:

Absent:
Manny, Lito, Ryan, Debbie, Rodel, Ervin (Excused), Jhing, Jojo (Casper), Jojo, Ver, Lyndon, Eric, Kim, Jigs, Bryan
NEWBIE:

CONCLUSIONS:
1. The group agreed to use "PEACE" logo created by Mr. Ervin. PEACE stands for "Pinoy Expats Auto Club in Emirates".
2. Introduction of WWW.PINOY.AE as our new head quarter. WWW.PINOY.AE was chosen for easy identification and to be used in general purposes.
3. Introduction of new members.
4. Collection of monthly dues.

AGENDA:

1. Fun Run in Abu Dhabi.
2. Member's Dues and contribution.
3. Concept for renaming the group.

Conclussion:

1. Fun Run in Abu Dhabi was finally concluded to be held on Friday, 3rd of February 2006. Meeting place will be at M&S Parking Area and the convoy will start at exactly 10:00 AM.

2. Dues and contribution were started (details posted on Financial page on our website).

3. Concept for renaming the group was discussed to encourage more members to join the group. The new group name will run under MyMitsu umbrella.

4. Go for 30! Group requires at least 30 members to be able to get an acknowledgement from our local consulate.

The group would like to thank Mr. and Mrs. Mike and Pinky for their hospitality. Especially for the Chicken Noodles Soup for our breakfast and Kare-Kare with matching Hilabos na Hipon for our lunch. It was a great day and a great food!!!

Conclusion:

1. Funrun will be held at Al Aqaa Beach Resort on the 2nd day of Eid (10 January - tentative). Convoy will start at Marks and Spencer parking area at 2:00 PM. Members are advised to bring their own food (pot-luck) and tents.

2. Monthly dues (voluntary) will be collected on the same date (10 January). Dhs. 100 will be the amount, reimbursable and for the members who wish to join, they will have the privilege to take a cash advance for the amount of Dhs, 1000.00 payable in 3 months time.

3. Members are obliged to contribute / share a minimum Dhs. 5.00 as our conribution to Bantay Bata project.

All collected money will be posted on our website for transparencies.
